Now working and living in Ottawa, Canada I have spent much of my life studying, teaching and working in Canada, the US, India, South Africa and the Philippines in the areas of migration and human rights.

I came to love glass through spending hours and sometimes days watching natural light stream through art glass windows, sculptures and architectural wonders around the world.

Working mostly in glass powders and enamels, I am committed to creating glass vessels and sculptures as expressions of individual and collective stories, which change with light, time and the heart of the observer. While I am a self-taught artisan, this has been made possible with the guidance, teaching and mentoring of many artists and studios committed to sustaining glass art.
