Glass Emotions supplies professional glass art materials, educational resources and related products for use by artists, hobbyists and educators.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and information are accurate. However, colours displayed on electronic devices may vary from actual products.

3. Professional Art Materials

Many Glass Emotions products are designed for kiln-fired glass applications.

Final fired results are affected by numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Kiln calibration

  • Glass manufacturer and compatibility

  • Glass colour and thickness

  • Application method

  • Mixing ratios

  • Firing temperatures

  • Hold times

  • Artist technique

For this reason, individual results will vary. Customers are responsible for testing products to determine their suitability for their intended application.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.

Prices, product availability and promotions may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties and import fees are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.

5. Orders

Glass Emotions reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at its discretion, including orders affected by pricing errors, inventory discrepancies or suspected fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Glass Emotions is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, labour disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International customers are responsible for complying with their country's import requirements and for paying any applicable duties, taxes or brokerage fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Glass Emotions offers digital products including, but not limited to:

Digital products are licensed for the purchaser's personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Digital files may not be:

  • Used to create competing commercial products based substantially on Glass Emotions' copyrighted materials

Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final and are not eligible for refund or exchange except where required by applicable law.

Printed books, blending books, colour charts, manuals and educational publications are protected by copyright.

No portion may be reproduced, copied, scanned, distributed or published without the prior written permission of Glass Emotions, except where permitted by law.

Customers are welcome to create and sell artwork made using Glass Emotions products.

However, Glass Emotions educational materials, blending books, colour systems, digital downloads, colour charts, tutorials and other proprietary content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished or sold without prior written permission.

Customers agree to use the Glass Emotions website, products and educational resources responsibly and lawfully.
