Unleash a spectrum of light with Rebel Prismatics – a dazzling collection of iridescent enamels that shift, shimmer, and glow with metallic brilliance. Designed for fired glass art, each prismatic tint catches light from every angle, adding magic and depth to your work.
Comparable in effect to fusible irid glass, but far more economical and versatile. And unlike mica, dichroic, or slide coatings, Rebel Prismatics fuse seamlessly into the surface for a professional, permanent result — no flaking, no cold finishes.

✔️ Compatible with all COE glass. Note, while every effort was made to test on float glass, float can differ from country to country and even from different suppliers, not every float glass will be compatible.

🛠️ How to Use Rebel Prismatics
Create your own iridescent glass accents with just a few simple steps:

Mixing
Combine 1g Prismatic powder with 4g Rogue Medium until smooth. -
Application
Apply a very thin layer by brush or sponge onto clean glass – COE 90, 96, or Float*.
• Note: Float glass may vary by region and supplier. Always test compatibility first. -
Firing
Fire to 1350°F (732°C) for a first fuse.
• Fire with Prismatics on the top or bottom for different effects.
• Do not cap – leave exposed to maximize iridescent shine. -
Post-Firing Cleaning
Once cooled, gently clean any surface residue to reveal a transparent, glowing finish.
• Thicker layers may create more residue – start light for best results and least waste. -
Optional: Colour Mixing Experiments
Limited testing has been done mixing Rebel Prismatics with the classic Rogue eNamels line.
• For example, combining Aurora Bloom with Poppy Red in a 1:1 ratio results in a rich, iridescent fuchsia.
• Try blending Lunar Fern or Celestial Veil with other Rogue colours for unique shimmering hues.
• Results will vary – test small batches and document your findings!

Marguerite Beneke and Glassemotion Rogue Paints will take your artistic abilities to the next level. Whispers of the Forest is another tutorial that each step is broken down to easily replicate in your studio. Instructions are clear, precise and many examples are given in the videos. Additional printed examples are provided that help the novice replicate the look of trees. Marguerite is very generous with her time and talent hosting a Facebbok page specific to the tutorial and will answer and provide additional commentary as needed. Whispers of the Forest is definitely a must have.

As a fused glass artist, I have been looking for a product like this forever. I invested in Glassline paints and was constantly dissapointed that you had to fire them at a very high temp in order for them to become shiny. I do a lot of tack fused work that I wanted added details. I absoltuely love this pen. It is easy to load, use and I couldn't be happier
These are my go-to enamels. Great quality and great colours. Easy to use.
I like having additional nibs at hand. If I have mishandled a pen and the ink doesn’t flow after repeated attempts, I just change the nib! Works great
I added the zirconium white to the grey to create a silver to paint wedding bells on bullseye white.
Pleased with pen, once I figured it out. The ink leaked from bottle in both mine and friends until we figured out should be stored upright. Like the ease of use.
