Developed by Glass eMotions, this complete kit includes all 10 Rebel Veil™ translucent enamels, Core 00 Clear Base, CM-001 Clear Mixing, and Glass eMotions Universal Medium, allowing you to explore subtle colour, gentle layering, and beautiful atmospheric effects right from the start.

Unlike traditional transparent enamels, Rebel Veil™ is designed to produce soft translucent colour that gently diffuses light while preserving the beauty of the glass beneath. It is ideal for creating delicate transitions, painterly effects, landscapes, botanicals, skies, highlights, shadows, and expressive kiln-fired artwork.

The Rebel Veil™ System

Rebel Veil™ offers artists a unique approach to glass painting by producing soft, translucent colour rather than intense transparent jewel tones.

The result is elegant colour that gently diffuses light, making it perfect for backgrounds, skies, floral work, landscapes, wildlife, subtle shading, and painterly techniques.

For artists who wish to increase translucency even further, Rebel Veil™ can also be blended with Core 00 Clear Base to create additional translucent values while maintaining beautiful colour harmony.

Lead Information

Rebel Veil™ colours and CM-001 Clear Mixing are lead-free.

Core 00 Clear Base contains lead. Any mixtures containing Core 00 should therefore be considered leaded and handled using appropriate safety practices.

Always wear appropriate respiratory protection when handling dry powders, avoid creating airborne dust, and follow recommended safety practices for mixing, handling, storage, and disposal.

Intended Use

Rebel Veil™ is intended for non-functional decorative glass artwork only. It is not intended for use on food-contact surfaces, drinkware, cookware, or any other functional items that may come into contact with food or beverages.
